Nov. 29, Austin A. Lang, age 22, 2911 Wells Rd. Waterford, OH was cited for speeding, 70 mph in a 50 mph zone.

Nov. 29, Matthew A. Butcher, age 38, 1475 SR 618 Belpre, OH was arrested on a warrant for assault.

Nov. 29, Crystal D. Balch, age 35, 7354 Bethany Ridge Rd. Guysville, OH was cited for a seat belt violation.

Nov. 29, Matthew W. Tippie, age 32, 7354 Bethany Ridge Rd. Guysville, OH was cited for driving under suspension, having fictitious license plates, making a turn at a red light where prohibited and for a seat belt violation.  Mr. Tippie’s vehicle was subsequently towed.

Dec. 1, Allison M. Leach, age 35, 4314 11th Ave. Parkersburg, WV was cited for driving under suspension.  Ms. Leach was also charged with possession of a Schedule IV drug, Xanax, without a prescription.

Dec. 2, Brendon D. Bookman, age 51, 717 Circle Dr. Belpre, OH was cited for failing to drive in marked lanes.

Dec. 2, Sherry M. Ludlow, age 49, 408 8th St. Belpre, OH was cited for disorderly conduct.

Dec. 3, Scott A. Edwards, age 51, 1868 Pierce Bluffs Dr. Hermitage, PA was cited for a seat belt violation.

Dec. 3, Donald A. Williams, age 32, 705 Barclay St. Belpre, OH was cited for having an expired registration and for possession of drug paraphernalia.

 Dec. 3, Jessie J. Bell, age 36, 4220 Welch Rd. Little Hocking, OH was arrested on two misdemeanor warrants and one felony warrant through the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.  Officers responded to a call of a male subject trying to enter cars in the McDonald’s parking lot.  After a short pursuit, Mr. Bell was apprehended in the Kroger parking lot.
